I have had to call out maintenance roughly 20 plus times in the past few months for a broken ac unit that was flooding my apartment on and off and plumbing issues, a refrigerator with mold inside that was also leaking, and there has also been horrific roach infestation the entire time no matter how clean I keep my apartment
